PassionPass (“we”) takes your personal data seriously. This notice describes what we process during the soft launch and why.

2. Scope
This notice covers passion-pass.app and related booking features in the soft launch.
3. Data we process
Account: name, email, password hash. Bookings: activity, slot, status, credits. Credits: balance and transaction history. Waitlist: email, locale and source when you join for launch updates. Partner inquiries: name, email, studio, district and message via the For studios form. Technical: server logs (IP, timestamp) as needed for operations. Optional: preferences and favorites if you set them.
4. Purposes
Providing your account, running bookings, credit management, support, and securing the platform.
5. Legal bases
Contract performance / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in secure operations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Consent where legally required.
6. Recipients
Data is shared with studios only as needed for your booking (e.g. name for attendance). Payment providers (Stripe) are only activated when paid plans go live - no Stripe checkout sharing until then.
7. Hosting
The app runs on EU infrastructure (including Hetzner). Processors are contractually bound to GDPR.
8. Cookies & session
We use technically necessary cookies/storage for login session and language. No advertising tracking in the soft launch.
9. Retention
Account data until deletion or as required by law. Booking and credit data as long as needed for contract, support and records.
10. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Contact: office@passion-pass.app.
11. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (including TLS, access control, hashed passwords).
12. Changes
We update this notice when needed (e.g. when Stripe goes live). The current version is on this page.
